The apps VISION EDUCATION Football/Fußball run on smartphones and tablets (Android/iOS) and, after being downloaded, function even without an internet connection.

“The integration of young people is close to our heart,” says Michael Reinartz, head of innovation at Vodafone Germany. “The digital technologies as well as the distribution of smartphones provide us with great opportunities to quickly and easily reach children and adolescents. Thus, we can provide them with our innovative solutions and facilitate their start in a new surrounding”.

According to Manfred Kastner, founder of VISION EDUCATION, “Learners can delve deep into the football world with the football-app, while learning English and German respectively in a fun an intriguing way. This is also ensured by features such as live tickers, mini-games, or video/audio content, which are continuously being developed further. To coincide with the start of the new school year, the next major release will include more interesting features and content expansions will follow. With this app, we would like to promote the future of young people who are the possible champions of tomorrow, while they “kick off” their language skills. We would like to promote young people’s potentials, because the ultimate character test of our society will be how we shape the world for our children. Football and languages are effective social medicine and depend on working with and for one another.”

“Do you speak football? I do,” explains Miguel Gutierrez, expert on international football, consultant for professional football clubs, and Bundesliga specialist at the Spanish pay TV channel Movistar Plus and Sky Germany. “Football is not just a sport. Football connects. In football, communication is very important, especially in junior football. I attend so may youth competitions with players from Africa, South America, Europe and other countries and continents. And there is nothing more beautiful than experiencing the communication and friendships. Be it victory or defeat.”
